Domestic Return and Refund Policy

Eligibility for Returns/Refunds

You have a 48-hour window (2 days) from the time of delivery to contact us if there is an issue with your order. After this period, all sales are final.

We accept returns or refunds only in the following cases:

  1. The item was damaged during delivery.
  2. The item has a manufacturing defect or is misprinted.
  3. The wrong item was delivered to you.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be in its original condition and packaging.
  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at support@faithwaystore.com to resolve the issue promptly.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items on sale

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return:

  1. Email support@faithwaystore.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include:
    • A clear unboxing video and images showing the defect or issue.
    • For size discrepancies, provide images with measurements for verification.
  2. Once approved by our team (within 24 working hours), we will arrange a reverse pickup from your shipping address.

Important Notes:

  • A reverse shipment fee of ₹50 will be deducted from your refund.
  • Pickup attempts will be made up to three times. If unsuccessful, you must self-ship the item to our address (details below).
  • Items must be returned in the same condition as received, with all tags and packaging intact. Worn or damaged items will not qualify for a refund.

Reverse Pickup Availability:
Pickup service depends on the availability in your pin code area.


Self-Shipping for Returns

If reverse pickup is unavailable, ship the product to:

Requirements:

  • Pack the item securely to prevent damage during transit.
  • Include your ORDER ID and registered mobile number on the package.

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection of the refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment account within 3-5 business days.

Exchanges

For exchanges, the fastest method is to return the unwanted item and place a new order after your return is accepted.


International Return and Exchange Policy

  • Returns and exchanges are not accepted for international orders.
  • We recommend carefully checking the size chart before placing your order, as all international sales are final.
